Overview: From 9 AM until
Noon, on the first Friday of every month - excluding holidays - several
of our local Food Pantry Ministries join forces with the Tarrant Area Food Bank
to conduct an amazing event called the Granbury Mobile Food Pantry.
A small army of volunteers come early to help
unload the trailer, while others set up distribution lines, so that each person
coming for groceries – one per family
- can sign in and begin filling up their own assigned grocery cart with fresh
breads, fruits and vegetables; as well as frozen meats and even some
treats.
Volunteers are always appreciated, so
whether you need groceries or not, come join the fun at this wonderful
occasion.
